Participants interested in earning PDH credits are required to enroll in the E-Learning activity. Enrollment in this activity provides unlimited (24x7) internet access to the course materials.   Participants review the course materials at their own pace in preparation for completion of the learning assessment. Instructor assistance is available through e-mail or instant messaging on the E-Learning website.

The learning assessment requires participants to complete exercises and/or answer questions pertaining to the course materials.  The E-Learning environment automatically records and scores the results for each participant for multiple attempts.  Participants must pass the learning assessment by achieving a score of 70% or higher.  Low scores are remediated through further review of the material and repeated assessment attempts.   Technical assistance with completion of this activity is provided by email communication with the course instructor.  Live technical support is generally available during weekday evenings and at other times by appointment.
